Moving a saved custom variable between folders

To move a geography between folders:

Click the Data menu option. The Manage Data page is displayed.
In the Saved Custom Variables section, click on the sub folder containing the custom variable you want to move.

Note: You cannot move any custom variables stored within the Variables Shared With Me folder.

The My Saved Variables window is displayed for the selected sub folder.
Highlight the saved custom variable(s) you want to move. Click Move Selected.

A popup window is displayed. Click on the image below to view an example window.
Select the folder to move the custom variable(s) to. If the custom variables you have selected are currently being shared you will be warned that they will no longer be available to the users of the share group.
- If you are sure you want to continue, click Yes.
- The My Saved Variables window is refreshed.
