Why would I create an Understand Your Customers report?

You can create an Understand Your Customers report to profile your customers and find out about their lifestyles and buying habits. This information will help you to target your products or services more effectively, including promotion of new or improved versions of your products or services.

Before creating this report, you must import a data file containing your customers’ postal addresses. This will be compared against a country baseline. Depending on the country and the type and location of your business, you will use one of several segmentations to profile your customers, e.g. for the UK, Mosaic UK 7 or Financial Strategy Segments 4.
