What is Location Analyst?

Location Analyst is a web-based tool that enables you to assess the demographics and neighbourhood characteristics of a location; to review the local market demand; and to evaluate the potential market demand.

Location Analyst is a subscription-based system and the report categories and types that are available to you dependent on your subscription. Therefore, you may not have access to all report types that are described or listed in this portal – many typical users have access to one or two report types only. For the UK only, some reports are in PDF format, while others are in dashboard format.

Browser support

Location Analyst has been tested with, and supported by, the following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. 

Getting an account

Accounts are based on personal subscriptions so each person at your company will receive a personal username and password. However, within Location Analyst you will be able to share certain content, e.g. geographies, catchments, and custom variables, with colleagues in your company.
