Deleting a saved custom variable

To delete a saved custom variable:

1. Click the Data menu option. The Manage Data page is displayed.

2. In the Saved Custom Variables section, click on the sub folder containing the saved custom variable you want to delete.

   Note: You cannot delete any saved custom variables within the Variables Shared With Me folder. Only the owner of these custom variables can perform that task.

   The My Saved Variables window is displayed for the selected sub folder.

3. Highlight the saved custom variable(s) you want to delete or click Select All.

4. Click Delete Selected. A message is displayed warning you that you are about to delete the saved custom variable(s). If the saved custom variable(s) you have selected are currently being shared you will also be warned that they will no longer be available to the users of the share group:

   • If you are sure you want to continue click Yes.
   • The My Saved Variables window is refreshed showing your remaining custom variables.

   Note: Deleting the saved custom variable will also delete the associated details from Custom Variables section of the Manage Data page and remove any associated layer on the map.
