Moving a saved geography between folders

To move a saved geography between folders:

Click the Data menu option. The Manage Data page is displayed.
In the Saved Geographies section, click on the sub folder containing the geography you want to move.

Note: You cannot move any geographies stored within the Geographies Shared With Me folder.

The My Saved Geographies window is displayed for the selected sub folder.
Highlight the saved geography (or geographies) you want to move. Click Move Selected.

A popup window is displayed. Click on the image below to view an example window.
Select the folder to move the saved geographies to. If the geographies you have selected are currently being shared you will be warned that they will no longer be available to the users of the share group.
- If you are sure you want to continue, click Yes.
- The My Saved Geographies window is refreshed.
